Retro feeling meets modern Italian gastronomy. Róbert and Dorisz Antal-Tizedes created the “Pavilon” (Pavilion) in Balatonboglár with their experience as restaurateurs in Italy. In their restaurant, traditional and sourdough pizza is baked in the wood-fired oven, there is homemade bruschetta and various pasta dishes, as well as a real speciality, a ne plus ultra of Italian-Hungarian flavour cooperation: tomato tripe with parmesan. Good vibes are guaranteed in the garden room, where you can taste local fine wines.
