A revolutionary concept: “me time” and “our time” from babies to grandparents

One of the most important pillars of the Le Primore Hotel & Spa concept is that relaxation should be a truly fulfilling experience for every generation – from the youngest to the grandparents. In the approximately 800-square-meter Family Adventure Empire, adventure seekers are welcomed with interactive games, a laser maze, a climbing wall, mini-golf, and a VR room. Meanwhile, in the Mignon Club playroom, friendly, professionally trained animators – essentially nannies – look after the little ones while parents or grandparents can enjoy a couples’ massage or a sauna session without a care in the world.

The approximately 11,500-square-meter spa and wellness area is truly outstanding: built around the healing waters of Lake Hévíz, traditional medicine is also available at the hotel, and guests can enjoy 16 different pools, including thermal and adventure pools. Countless water adventures await the little ones as well: the Kids Spa features separate indoor and outdoor children’s pools, and the hotel also houses three sauna worlds with distinct themes. In the clothing-optional Experienced Sauna, seasoned sauna-goers will find what they’re looking for; the Lady Sauna is exclusively for women, while in the Family Sauna, children can also get acquainted with wellness culture.

“There are spaces where we not only allow children in, but also welcome them with educational programs tailored to their needs. One such example is the Family Sauna, equipped with an adventure corridor, a snow room, a Kneipp shower, and a tepidarium, where our sauna masters also hold infusions specifically for children,” says Rita Nagy, Hotel Manager at Le Primore Hotel & Spa. She adds that while “me time” is emphasized, shared experiences are just as important – the mother-daughter treatments are prime examples of this.

Wellness and Culinary Education for Kids

It’s no surprise that we haven’t yet come across sauna infusions designed for children – but the team at Le Primore Hotel & Spa isn’t just innovating in the wellness area. Led by Attila Borda, the restaurant’s executive chef, the family-friendly luxury hotel’s rooftop gourmet restaurant, La Vie – awarded 2 Gault&Millau toques – regularly hosts dinner events for children. The Kids Only Gourmet Evening is specifically aimed at children aged 6–14, with the goal of introducing young guests to the world of modern fine dining in a way that is both appropriate for the occasion and playful. As part of the program, Attila Borda introduces the little ones to the world of ingredients, etiquette, and restaurant culture with playful professionalism.

“Programs and services aimed at children serve not only to educate but also to relieve the burden on adults. Trained animators and varied programs provide space for adults to relax, as well.”

True relaxation for adults

According to Rita Nagy, just as the range of services for younger guests is very broad, there is no shortage of programs tailored to adults at Le Primore Hotel & Spa. In line with the “longevity” philosophy, countless treatments are available, one of the most unique being the Mewali Balinese Spa, where qualified therapists from Bali offer authentic treatments and rituals. Another highlight is the British GAIA product line, which uses organic ingredients, as well as Omorovicza, which has “returned home” to Hévíz; its products are made from Hungary’s famous thermal waters and extracts from the mud of Lake Hévíz. In addition to the treatments, massages, and rituals based on these two product lines, it’s also worth trying the 120-minute private hammam ritual available at the Private Spa, during which the specialists use Omorovicza products developed specifically for Le Primore.

In addition to its unique wellness services, La Vie offers a culinary adventure. Since its opening, this gourmet restaurant – which also functions as a standalone gastronomic destination – —has become a new benchmark in the domestic fine dining scene. Executive Chef Attila Borda and his guest chefs delight guests with seasonally changing menus based on local ingredients and themed dinner events. The wine list is also noteworthy: the 326-item selection, curated by Head Sommelier Milán Pampetrics, consists of more than half from Hungarian wineries, with a special emphasis on wines from the Balaton region.

Sustainability and environmental awareness are also fundamental principles for us. From meat products to craft beers and microgreens to sturgeon, we strive to work with premium ingredients and products found in the region. Beyond locality, seasonality also shapes our offerings,” adds Rita Nagy.

Outstanding events every month

Since opening in 2025, we’ve been able to enjoy special gastronomic evenings every month at La Vie gourmet restaurant. As part of the “Chefs’ Encounter” program, Attila Borda and his team collaborate with a different Hungarian or international guest chef to create a unique menu. Several Michelin-starred chefs from restaurants in France and Italy, among others, have already visited as guest chefs; and in April 2026, Tiago Sabarigo from Portugal will arrive at the Le Primore Hotel & Spa restaurant.

May will be a special month, as in addition to our dinner events, we are preparing a variety of programs for the long weekend of May 1st, our anniversary on May 15th, and the Pentecost weekend. In addition, during the spring and summer season, we plan to invite Kossuth Prize-winning guest performers for special musical evenings: among others, Juli Básti, László Dés, and Balázs Havasi will be performing here,” Rita Nagy reveals.

The true measure of success: returning guests

The success of our work, the most valuable feedback, is guest satisfaction and the number of returning guests. Rita Nagy reveals that just seven months after opening, 42% of visitors were returning guests—an astonishing rate and a huge recognition for the entire hotel team. “The Le Privileged loyalty program has been available from the very beginning, offering numerous benefits and exclusive discounts to both prospective and returning guests,” she says.

“Despite our size, we strive to uphold classic values. We believe in personal connections and local strength – we are exceptionally proud of these virtues,”

concludes the hotel manager.
