5, 7, 285, 326 and 11,000 – these are just some of the impressive figures associated with Le Primore in Hévíz, which opened in May 2025. Behind the numbers lies dedicated work, revolutionary concepts, exceptional professional expertise, and exemplary teamwork. But what do these numbers really mean?

5 – the number of stars awarded to the hotel complex, indicating that it is the newest superior category domestic player in contemporary premium tourism. 7 – the number of dining options that allow guests to satisfy all their needs within the hotel – without compromise. 285 – this is the number of rooms and suites awaiting guests, providing relaxation and recreation for a total of nearly 600 people. 326 – the number of items in the unique wine selection, which are the perfect finishing touch to any gastronomic experience. Last but not least: 11,000 – the number of square meters of floor space in the Le Primore spa and wellness areas. This huge area features three different themed sauna worlds, medicinal pools fed by the thermal waters of Lake Hévíz, a wide range of health and wellness treatments, and a unique water world for children.

“For hotel management, the most valuable feedback is still guest satisfaction – especially when it highlights high standards and attentive service; the number of returning guests speaks volumes. We are extremely proud of this,” emphasized Alfred Hackl, CEO of Le Primore Hotel & Spa.

5 stars – a guarantee of superior quality

Le Primore is not just a premium spa hotel, but a unique living space that draws on the healing history of Lake Hévíz to create the recreational experience of the future. Contemporary elegance and closeness to nature are harmoniously combined here: the use of natural materials, the tranquil spaces and the holistic approach all serve to ensure that guests experience true physical and spiritual renewal.

As Rita Nagy, Hotel Manager at Le Primore Hotel & Spa, puts it: “Le Primore’s thermal pools fed from its own springs, spa treatments and rituals that reinterpret traditional elements, and the presence of premium brands such as GAIA and Omorovicza offer not only pampering but also a deeper connection. This is the place where the heritage of Lake Hévíz and the most modern wellness approach go hand in hand to create a new, more conscious dimension of luxury.”

Quality is evident in every detail of the hotel, perfectly resonating with the values of the region. It was the management’s stated goal to establish a genuine, living relationship between Le Primore and the city and its communities.

“We are proud that 90% of our employees come from the region, within a 40-kilometer radius, which is important not only from an economic but also from a social perspective.”

-says Rita Nagy, adding that they are committed to supporting local communities and have so far helped the church kindergarten’s charity event and the volunteer fire brigade, among others.

In addition, they cooperate with several local program organizers and producers, and local winemakers and producers are not only featured in the hotel’s offerings, but also participate in themed events and program offerings.

7 gastronomic units offering dining options to suit every taste

The culinary philosophy of the Hévíz unit is closely linked to the holistic experience – something that anyone who enters the Le Primore complex can experience. According to restaurant manager Lajos Nagy, the menu offers everything from fine dining and hamburgers to a generous, varied buffet breakfast. The experience is rounded off by seven different venues: Eden Bistro, Food Truck, Gaming Bar, La Vie gourmet restaurant, Le Restaurant, Lobby Bar and Sport Bar – so every guest can find the culinary experience that best suits their mood and taste.

“The entire concept of Le Primore is based on balance and a consciously structured, high-quality lifestyle, of which food is an integral part. That is why La Vie and our other restaurants offer light, health-conscious, yet delicious dishes. From breakfast to bistro meals and gourmet dinners, we have designed our menu to support physical and mental regeneration. The Eden Bistro, for example, is specifically tailored to the needs of spa guests, but we have also thought of children, of course, while Le Restaurant offers a spectacular and varied selection that allows families and health-conscious guests, as well as those with specific dietary requirements, to choose without compromise," says Rita Nagy.

Among the seven units, the La Vie gourmet restaurant stands out, which is not only open to hotel guests, but also stands on its own as a gastronomic destination. Since the opening of the rooftop restaurant, it has become a new benchmark for the domestic fine dining scene. Executive chef Attila Borda and his guest chefs impress guests with seasonally changing menus, themed dinner evenings, and culinary journeys based on local ingredients. The wine list and the alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings carefully selected by the sommelier further enhance the quality of the evening. It is worth mentioning that more than half of the 326 wines selected by Pampetrics Milan’s sommelier come from Hungarian wineries, with a special emphasis on wines from the Balaton region.

285 rooms for maximum comfort

The hotel’s rooms and suites offer a balance of contemporary luxury and natural harmony – with family-friendly extras. Here you can choose from around 285 elegantly designed rooms. You are sure to find something to suit your needs among the various categories: from spacious family rooms that can be connected, to studios with private jacuzzis, to penthouse suites with access to an infinity pool. The small, thoughtful details, the carefully planned layout, and the state-of-the-art technological equipment allow us to truly unwind. And although the hotel can accommodate up to 500 guests, the huge floor space means that it hardly ever feels crowded.

11,000 square meters of almost endless wellness adventures for young and old

Although last on the list, Le Primore’s cross-generational experience concept is one of the most important cornerstones of the facility. Here, it is easy to find the ideal form of relaxation for us. The Kids Spa has separate indoor and outdoor pools for children, while the Family Adventure Kingdom offers interactive games, a laser maze, a climbing wall, mini golf, and a VR room for adventure seekers. For the youngest guests, friendly, qualified entertainers – acting as nannies – look after them in the Mignon Club playhouse while their parents or grandparents sign up for a couples massage or sauna session.

In addition to the wide range of programs and entertainment options, the hotel infrastructure also caters to families: family suites, connecting rooms, plenty of baby equipment, and practical solutions – such as nearby family parking – help parents truly relax. Thanks to these small yet revolutionary solutions, there is no need to choose between the happiness of children and the relaxation of adults. At Le Primore, in addition to “Our time”, every member of the family also gets “Self-time”.
