The restaurant operated by an iconic figure of Hungarian gastronomy, Balázs Csapody and his team has been developing for three decades, while its basic purpose is almost unchanged: its cuisine focuses on the region of Balaton, and a close relationship is maintained with farmers, fishermen and vintners of the surrounding area. Guests are awaited here all year round with a modern bourgeois milieu – with show kitchen, delicatessen, chef’s room and accommodation.
