Named after water chestnut, a typical plant of Lake Tisza, the restaurant in Sarud offers gastronomy lovers a clean, modern interior and country hospitality. Chef Ádám Berecz's selection of dishes is the tasty proof that the flavours of the countryside and reimagined family favourites can be a great addition to a modern country restaurant, or even themed wine dinners. Some of the ingredients are provided by a mini-farm in the show garden next to the restaurant. The four-season bistro has both indoor and outdoor event spaces.
