Zselicvad Étterem

Game dish wonders in the heart of Zselic. The restaurant in the Game Management Landscape Centre of the University of Kaposvár belongs to the Bőszénfa Deer Farm. Not surprisingly, game is the main focus of much of their offer. Set in a rustic building, the restaurant’s dishes are made from locally reared game and livestock – often including wild boar and deer – and are accompanied by a chemical-free side dish of mushrooms, herbs and vegetables, mostly collected in the area.
