Szabadfi Szabolcs (also known as “Szabi, a pék” [Szabi, the baker]) has his base in Szentendre, in an idyllic location next to a trickling stream: on the site of the old water mill, a bakery, a deli and a large restaurant with a covered terrace await lovers of Neapolitan pizza, as well as those who would like to start the day with a delicious pastry early in the morning, sit down for lunch or take home the handcrafted, additive-free, fresh baked goods. The owner firmly believes in the farm-to-table concept, getting his ingredients from the best local and Italian family businesses.
