The Debrecen unit of the Bazsalikom bakery is led by János Vígh and his wife. The bakery and bistro, with its Italian atmosphere and exciting interior, heavenly Bomboloni doughnuts and pastries, is worth visiting to grab a piece of dolce vita. We can stay for a light lunch and choose from thin crust pizzas or dishes from Italian or Hungarian cuisine. Some of the ingredients come from sunny Italy, but the vast majority of them are from local producers, either in the form of a tasty homemade pasta or chemical-free vegetables. We can see through the making of Panificio il Basilico's well-known products in the bakery.
