Being a passionate fisherman, Szabolcs Horváth, whose idea was the “Hello Hal” (Hello Fish) – located next to the cycle path around Tisza-tó (Lake Tisza) –, believes that anything Hungarian cuisine can cook from pork or chicken (of course, with a bit of an exaggeration) can also be prepared from fish. The small, fish-themed restaurant at the foot of the dam, opposite the Szabics Kikötő (Szabics Harbour), takes its guests to the realm of freshwater fish which can be found in Hungary: from April to October, anyone can eat delicious and special dishes from fish here. You cannot miss the fish sausage.
