A family-run, mountain area cheese paradise in Mónosbél, near Eger. You can get a closer friendship with Tamás Sándor's fresh and aged cheeses made from goat's and cow's milk by tasting his products. You have the possibility to create small bites with croissant and accompany the snacks with wines from Eger, Mátraalja and Tokaj. In addition to seasonally flavoured cream cheese, “orda” and lump cheese, cows' or goats' cheese with red wine is a must-try, but there is also homemade yoghurt and truffle cow's cheese.
