Budakeszi Dino Park

Near Budapest, in the Budakeszi Dino Park, exciting adventures await you: dino riding, an interactive nature trail and a thematic play valley are just a few of the countless palaeontological attractions. In the nearly two-hectare wildlife park, you can see dozens of lifelike dinosaur models hiding among the trees and bushes. Walking along the interactive nature trail, you can not only admire the huge prehistoric reptiles, but also learn about them while playing. And if you are looking for more animal adventures, the Budakeszi Wildlife Park is just in the neighbourhood, where you can admire more than 50 animal species up close.

Dino Park in Gyula

When it comes to Gyula, primarily the thermal waters, the gastronomic and cultural experiences and the hospitality of the people of Gyula come to mind. Few people know that strolling along the banks of the Körös Canal can be an unusual experience! Dinosaurs once made their home in the forest along the shore! Yes, 35 different species of dinosaurs can be seen in the park. In addition to moving and sound-making dinosaur models, live dinosaur shows also add to the programme, but there is also a dinosaur bouncy castle, a bone-searching excavation, and numerous skill and developmental adventure games, which are ideal for spending a family day – provided that you are not scared of the palaeontological creatures moving and growling among the trees!

Kereki Dino Park

The dinosaur park in Kereki, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, is a real palaeontological fairy tale. In the creepy, swampy area, you can scrape through the floodplain forest reminiscent of former bogs, while you can meet the most powerful creatures of the prehistoric world – do not worry, the dinosaurs "living" here are part of the exhibition, you do not have to prepare to escape. In the Kereki Dino Park, you can see many different specimens, from Stegosauruses to T-Rex, and if you are still brave enough after the thrill in the swamp, you can also test yourself on the playground.

Komlóverzum Visitor Centre

The Komlóverzum Visitor Centre is located in the centre of Komló, where the focus is on exploring the town's mining past. Visitors can learn about the history of mining and the development of the town through interactive exhibitions. The centre’s special attractions include the Mecsek Jurassic Park and the Komlosaurus permanent scientific exhibition, within which you can learn about Hungary's first discovered dinosaur, Komlosaurus carbonis! In addition to the life-size statue of the dinosaur, you can also admire the fossils of the Mecsek from the Jurassic period. Children can enjoy playful, educational programmes that will help them get closer to the world of palaeontological creatures. The centre has a fantastic library and there is a great playground next to the building.

Dino Valley in Pécs

Near Pécs, in the Malomvölgyi Park Forest, creepy experiences await young and old! The hillside forest is inhabited by terrifying dinosaurs, which can roar at unsuspecting hikers anywhere. By following a nature trail in the valley, you can discover the hidden prehistoric animals, and among the dinosaurs you can also see mammals and reptiles that once lived. Not far from the Dino Valley, a great playground entices you to further experiences: in the northern part of the Malomvölgyi Leisure Park there is a huge playground with slides, climbing frames and a castle, which can crown the dinosaur hunt.
 

Dino Park in Sirok

A special dinosaur park awaits visitors in the picturesque surroundings of Sirok. The park is lined with lifelike dinosaur models that can be explored on foot. Interactive displays and games help you better understand the world of palaeontological creatures. The family-friendly design of the park also provides opportunities for picnics and relaxation.

The castle built along the Tarna River not only rises on top of the rock, but it also continues in the belly of the mountain! So, the truly brave can explore the huge underground passages, stairs and halls in addition to the rooms between the castle walls.

Lake Tisza Dino Park

The swampy, floodplain forests of Lake Tisza provide the perfect mystical atmosphere for an unforgettable weekend of dinosaur hunting. In the park, you can encounter not only the more well-known dinosaur species, but also special specimens such as Dimetrodon or Oviraptor. In the park, you can see lifelike, moving and sound-making models of 35 different dinosaur species hidden behind the trees or in the swamp.
