Pizza from the Büttner winery in Tapolca. Together with his son Márton, Tamás Büttner runs the pizzeria in Fő tér (Main square), where the toppings are also reflections of a gourmet taste. Alongside the classics, toppings include fresh truffles, salmon trout and San Daniele ham, while the lightness of the pizza dough is ensured by a minimum 48-hour leavening period. The panna cotta is a must-try. The wine list is dominated by Büttner wines, but there are also other fine items. Reservation is recommended.
