Umami Roastery

László Hegedüs, the owner and roaster of Umami Roastery, has been working with coffee since 2006. His micro-enterprise in Paks is not just about roasting coffee: he also often holds coffee-focused presentations and cupping. We can roast together with him by appointment, and he will be happy to show you around the roasting plant. There is also a café with a special atmosphere, which has been converted from an old press house into a restaurant.
