On the farm of György Hajnal and his wife, Zsófi Osvald, there are about 150 indigenous oxen, grey cattle, brindle cows, goats, racka sheep and a few common donkeys grazing together. They are out in the open air the whole year round, get organic feed, and so the products made from their meat – which you can pick up at the reception after ordering online – represent truly impeccable quality.
