In the view of Csaba Malatinszky, white wines and red wines are equally valuable, so on his 30 acre estate there are grape varieties characteristic of the Villány-Siklós wine region, the Cabernet Franc, the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot, and also grape varieties such as the Chardonnay, the Sauvignon Blanc, the Rhine Riesling and the Muscat Ottonel. Visiting the organic winery you can have oven made meals with outstanding wines at the old ’Présház’ (Press House) in the Köves-föld vineyard, and in Villány you can try the Malatinszky wines at the ’MAGHARI borbár’ (MAGHARI wine bar).
