Cheeses and other culinary specialities in Pákozd. The family manufactory also produces soft and ripened goat and cow cheeses, yoghurt, cottage cheese and honey made from goat milk and whey. The products contain no artificial additives or flavour enhancers and are flavoured exclusively with locally grown herbs. The range also includes homemade syrups, jams, chilli sauces of several strengths and various chutneys, as well as smoked jalapenos in olive oil. A cheese tasting is also available on site by appointment, but if you are just looking and shopping, it is still advisable to book in advance by phone.
