Walking around the huge Esterházy Castle is like hiking! This Baroque and Rococo castle is the home of culture and the arts: Joseph Haydn lived and worked here for many years, and concerts and performances are still often held here. Its more than 100 richly decorated rooms house around 650 paintings and chamber exhibitions. The French garden in front of the castle and the Margit Cziráky rose garden are also worth a visit.
