The building, which today houses the “Vígmolnár Csárda” (Happy Miller Tavern), was an apartment of a water mill in the 50s and 60s. A decade later, it was operating as a restaurant and has been welcoming locals and tourists alike in the Csopak resort area ever since. The menu includes the refined versions of traditional Hungarian dishes, i.e. old classic dishes reimagined. A unique tavern, open for innovations, which maintains good relations with local producers, thus promoting the regional flavours and Lake Balaton.
