Szabolcs Kozma and Júlia Kozma-Enzsöl in the centre of the Villány wine region, first became acquainted with the art of cheese making as a hobby. They set up their cheese workshop next to their Mediterranean-style home. The soft and semi-soft cheeses with their distinctive flavours are matured for three months, but if you visit, you should also try the Swabian sausages, also made by them. The home of Juliska and Szabolcs is not only a cheese workshop, but also an apartment restaurant: they create a menu from fresh, seasonal ingredients every weekend.
