Delicious dairy come from happy cows. The farm in Szilágy, near Pécs, uses sustainable and natural methods of animal breeding. Every cow on the family farm is known by name. Their milk has a uniquely pure taste not only because of the care they receive, but also because of the grass that grows locally; the milk is also used to make cottage cheese, yoghurt, and cheese with a variety of flavours. The environment-friendly owners encourage customers to buy milk in returnable bottles. Volunteer programmes are also organised during the summer.
