Goose Days with Live Music at the Harkai Fröccsterasz

Around St. Martin’s Day, goose dishes and new wines take centre stage, whilst at the Harkai Fröccsterasz, live music is also part of the celebrations. The Goose Days, running from 11 to 14 November, offer a great opportunity to combine traditional autumn cuisine with a leisurely dinner accompanied by music. In days gone by, St. Martin’s Day feasts also involved tasting the year’s first wines, and the pairing of goose and new wine remains an inseparable part of the celebration to this day. The Fröccsterasz’s four-day event evokes this tradition: communal dining and evening music form the basis of the programme.
