Being born into a vintner family, József Horváth considers the drink made from grapes a work of art in which nature plays a bigger role than man. Interestingly, the 21-acre vineyards are registered with 70 different property reference numbers because they encompass the oldest vineyards in the region. The vintner operates a guesthouse in Fertőrákos and also the Ráspi Restaurant, which is the venue for special truffle dinners, and where dishes are prepared from ingredients that are seasonal and come from the restaurants own garden or local farmers. After prior booking you can participate in a wine tasting in the wine cellar.
