Puszta Monostori Birkás

Fresh and matured cheeses made from Puszta Monostori Birkás goat’s and cow’s milk can be tasted and purchased every Friday afternoon and Saturday morning at the CHEESE SALON. On the farm, you can take part in animal petting and cheese tasting, and even learn to felt. Archery and pony trekking are also available – a complex experience for the whole family.
