Próbakert

Próbakert (Trial Garden) was created in Tállya, in a magnificent, centuries-old building called Vereskocsma (RedPub), operating as pub and community space for at least 100 years, with the support of the local community. Today, Próbakert functions as an apartment restaurant, where seasonal, nutritious dishes are prepared for breakfast and lunch, using vegetables cultivated in the garden and ingredients sourced from local producers. Advance booking is needed. In addition, we may also check in for countless active, cultural or gastro-programs, such as hiking tours or wine tastings, to name only a few.
