The Dudás brothers, Szabolcs and Szilárd, have opened their Roman-style pizza restaurant in Eger. Thanks to 48 hours of fermentation, the rectangular-shaped pasta is thicker yet light and crispy, and the toppings and Italian drink specialities are sure to please everyone. On weekdays, you can also have a lunch menu, which comes with a raspberry syrup, that bears would also like. After the pizza, Gianni Frasi's hand-made coffee is the icing on the cake. The delicatessen offers a selection of tomato sauces, olive oils, small producer's honeys, syrups and jams.
