The show kitchen is filled with the smell of free-range grilled and smoked food, including smoked meats and trout for 8-12 hours, with a side dish of creams and salads made from farm-grown vegetables. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are prepared in a separate smoker, and the drinks menu offers light, summery drinks.
