He believes that the essence of making pálinka is flavour hunting, i.e. finding the most delicious fruit and transferring its key flavours into the final product – and he makes his pálinka along these lines, which can be tasted at numerous mid-year presentations and guided tastings, and can often be seen at festivals organised in and around Debrecen.
