Richárd Gáll is a committed advocate of quality pálinka consumption. He believes that the essence of making pálinka is flavour hunting, i.e. finding the most delicious fruit and transferring its key flavours into the final product – and he makes his pálinka along these lines, which can be tasted at numerous mid-year presentations and guided tastings, and can often be seen at festivals organised in and around Debrecen.
