Zsolt Iflinger, the owner of this sanctuary of coffee in Pilisvörösvár, fell in love with the world beyond espresso after participating in a barista workshop and soon opened his new-wave café, where besides great coffees, he also serves fragrant pastries, breakfast and brunch. On Mondays, you can buy sourdough bread (though you have to order it in advance), but organic tea and natural wines are also available; occasional wine tastings are organised. Zsolt prefers to work with regional service providers.
