There is a wide choice to suit the picky eater and the gourmet, as well as vegans, gluten and dairy intolerant and diabetics. Both ordinary and speciality ingredients are available, such as – but not limited to – dried fruits, pulses, oilseeds (also freshly ground), spices, cereals, sweets, sauces, honeys, syrups, teas, coffees, cold pressed oils or household products. You will also find a range of products on the shelves that you can mostly buy at farmers’ markets. It is a good idea to bring a container, and if you are not prepared in advance, you can put the products in paper bags.
