The family workshop of Sándor Bodnár has been working to satisfy the needs of sophisticated cheese lovers since 2010. Their cows and goats have an ideal life: they graze happily in the neighbouring organic farm, in meadows rich in herbs. Their milk is made into ripened cow and goat cheese, blue cheese, camembert and lump cheese, but you can also buy blue cheese cheesecake with “aszú” jelly, truffle butter, fruit yoghurt and cheese bonbons. They also organise cheese tastings, which are enhanced by the wines of the “Kardos Szőlőbirtok” (Kardos Vineyard) and locally baked pastries.
