“Good quality jam and syrup can only be made from good quality fruit,” say Ivett and Attila Farkas. Since 2011, their daily lives have been filled with tending the orchard and processing the succulent fruits so that they can be bottled in the form of heavenly jams and syrups, in the spirit of the “from the land to the table” approach. Sheep and lambs grazing on their property (to minimize mechanical mowing) is an idyllic sight. It is worth hiking up to the hilltop to get the produce!
