Organic farming down to the last ear of wheat. On the Szabó brothers’ land in Ferencszállás, they grow organic crops, without chemicals. A special feature is that in addition to the classic wheat for flour, spelt, stubble, Triticum monococcum, rye and kamut are also grown, and the locally milled flours made from them are available for anyone to buy. The range includes both regular and wholemeal flours, so healthy eaters can find the type they like, too. The farm also produces organic garlic cream.
