Cheese made from the milk of happy cows in Nemesbük, located just 6 kilometres from Hévíz. Nearly 20 Jersey cows graze on the Korosa family farm. Their owner knows them by name, and Boróka, Berkenye and their spotted companions are happy to provide their 7.3% fat milk, which is then used to make around 15 kg of fresh and ripened cheese every day. After booking, there is also the opportunity to visit the farm and get an insight into the life of the cheese factory, and taste a range of cheeses including fenugreek, herb, olive and red wine.
