The culinary manifestations of happy goats' milk. Tibor Gondor and his family use home-grown herbs to flavour their homemade goat cheeses made from the milk of their own goats, but you can also taste the natural version here. Another curiosity is that the goats milk and cream is also used to make delicious, refreshing ice cream in the summer: the eggs are provided by Tibors mothers hens and the fruit is sourced from local producers. The farm is open to visitors in winter, and in addition to the cheeses, you can also buy home-made 10-egg pasta with (wholemeal, spelt and white flour).
