The owner and mastermind behind this bakery is Gabriella Ormós, whose addiction towards sourdough bread started as a hobby and finally turned into a profession: today she teaches amateur bakers and chefs alike – we can also sign up for her courses to learn the ins and outs of baking. In her bakery, we can find fresh, crusty breads, rolls, and other pastries, but we can also stop by for a coffee or breakfast.
