The family bakery owned by Gábor Takács is located in Győr, at the Móricz Zsigmond quayside, in the basement of a condominium. Only locally produced, additive-free, long-matured sourdough products can be found on the counter. From traditional French farmhouse bread and special flavoured loaves to a variety of puff pastries, there is a wide selection on offer, but hurry because they will be snapped up in no time. If you want to eat a tasty sandwich on the spot or sit down with a delicious coffee and a tasty almond tarte, you can also get a glimpse of the making process, as the shop and the workshop are separated by a glass wall only.
