In Balatonfüred, next to the Town Hall, chef Balázs Elek offers a monthly changing menu, where he handpicks regional ingredients, vegetables, and edible plants from his own garden to create creative, delicious dishes and degustation menus. The short menu is best suited to the appetites of those open to modern Hungarian gastronomy. Some items on the menu come from the bistro's own Thetis winery, and by wines, you can taste other specialities such as champagne lemonade. You can also take a seat on the terrace in beautiful weather.
