The wine estate on the south side of the Szent György Hill is the home of experimentation. István Bencze strives to cultivate his grapes with as little intervention as possible, strengthening the immune system of the vines, in the highest harmony with nature: typical old Hungarian grape varieties, including “kéknyelű”, as well as “piros” and “kék bakator”, from which the winery produces wines and champagnes that reflect the character of the region. Located in the vineyard, four renovated press houses are available as guesthouses for those who wish to relax here. Hotel guests are served a delicious breakfast, and guests taking part in a wine tasting are offered wine tasting snacks and exciting wines.
