Barista Béla Kiss's drink creation is a light-roasted filtered coffee soaked on dried apple chips, made with a French press, with a hint of wild fruit syrup and Jameson Irish whiskey. Light-roasted, filter profile coffee harmonizes perfectly with dried apple chips and Irish whiskey. The result is a slightly fruity, at the same time strong drink, which is perfect proof of the saying: old but not obsolete.

The Rókusdombi café is one of the friendliest coffee sanctuaries in the county seat, offering the most professional service. They pay special attention to their seasonally changing offer, and on the drinks menu you can discover the "handiwork" of the baristas from time to time. Rokusch is also preparing for the autumn-winter period, you can choose from several drinks that warm the body and soul. One of our favourite items is the Chunky Pumpkin Spice Latte, which can be ordered hot or iced depending on the weather, if the Indian summer is in full swing. The worlds of specialty coffee and bubble tea meet in this sublime drink: the iconic taste of autumn is made more exciting by the tapioca pearl known from bubble tea, hence the adjective "chunky". And for the miracle drink, you can also choose locally baked pizza if it is close to noon. Beware, an addictive combination! 

Cafe Partisan, created from the beer hall of the former Nádor Szálló, is worth visiting for several things. Delicious coffees, powerful cocktails, and in the evenings, a sparkling social life awaits. In addition, Partisan's bartenders come up with something delicious again and again, adapting to the season. The Hungarian Duke is a three-component, elegant drink that features prominently on Partisan's fall-winter cocktail list. In the cold seasons, we warmly recommend this unusual juice. Why? The Unicum Riserva-based cocktail is soft, elegant and, at the same time, bold thanks to the smoky Dos Deus vermouth and the Lillet Rose aperitif. You could call it a drink for the brave, as it is a pure alcohol-based cocktail.

One of the newest winter "signature" cocktails of the Flash by Next in Debrecen is the drink creation with the fantasy name Warm Winter, which is exciting and bold, and an excellent choice for winter cold. Grapefruit, coconut water and whiskey come together in a glass, and the subtle aroma of the hop gives the cool mixture an extra twist.
