A magnificent panorama that is worth “working for”. The nearly 80-metre-high dome observation deck of the Esztergom Basilica can only be reached on foot. However, it is worth climbing the approximately 400 steps, because the terrace surrounding the dome offers a 360-degree view: in clear weather, you can even see as far as the Tatra Mountains. It is important to note that the dome observation deck is closed in case of inclement weather.
