A small plant with a big reputation. The interactive nature conservation exhibition presenting the flax plant of Pilis and its homeland has something interesting for all ages. Families can learn about the unique wildlife and landscape history of the Szénás mountain range, a European Diploma area, through a code-breaking game. Visitors can try out the erosion simulator game in the experience area, discover the traces left behind by certain forest animals, and sit together in the dark room, where the sounds of nature come to life at night. The visitor center has several nature trails, and in addition to year-round field programs, themed activities can also be booked. If you visit in early May, be sure to join one of the guided tours showcasing the blooming Pilis flax!
