Roland Zimek and his wife Martina have founded a spectacular wine cellar in one of the busiest areas on the south coast in Zamárdi. Their award-winning pálinka is made from the fruits of the Balaton region without using any aromas. In the manufactory, you can learn about the history of Hungarian pálinka and Zimek, gain insight into the operation of the distillation equipment and learn about the mashing process. In the meantime, of course, you also have the opportunity to taste them. The programme is also available in English and German.
