Péter Váli has always wanted to be involved in gastronomy, and his dream finally came true in 2000, when the story of the Váli Estate started in the heart of the Balaton Uplands, in Badacsonyörs. Wine tastings at the winery should be accompanied by home-cooked food and, if you get the chance, you should book in for one of the themed events, such as the "Wine-rich traditional pig slaughter".
