Sausage making in Jászberény at the beginning of the year.
In mid-March, Jászberény will once again become a pilgrimage site for sausage fans, as the Jász Sausage Filling Festival is being held for the eighth time. The traditional event offers mouth-watering snacks, spicy aromas and fun social experiences for many ages over two days. Dozens of teams will prepare homemade sausages on site based on their own recipes, minced, seasoned and stuffed – the competition entries will be awarded with a tasting ticket.
