Taste Balaton 2026

Taste Balaton will come to life again in the spring of 2026: 10 days, more than 100 special gastronomic, cultural and experiential programs at Lake Balaton’s diverse restaurants. Selected wineries, bistros, restaurants and cultural venues will join in – wine dinners, brunch programs, exclusive tasting menus, literary and cultural evenings, special tastings, chef collaborations and workshops will follow one another. The organizers’ goal with this festival is to show that Lake Balaton is not only magical in the summer. We can freely put together our own gastro tour route to experience this spring culinary journey in the way that suits us best.
