Palinka empire in Somlóvásárhely. The distillery uses locally grown grapes, quince, raspberries, berries, and other fruits to make 42-, 52- and 62-degree palinkas and wood-aged liqueurs. Thanks to Dezső Ekler, the headquarters of the distillery are also interesting from an architectural point of view, although visitors are probably more interested in the distillery tour and tasting, which includes a tour of the distillery under the huge glass dome.
