Hidden next to the Tisza-tavi Ökocentrum (Ecocentre of Lake Tisza), this pretty building with a porch is considered by many to be the best place to find a strudel with lightweight pastry in Poroszló. A constant selection of freshly baked strudels, including the ones with cherry, poppy seed and cottage cheese, is almost always available, but seasonal flavours are often created, for example, the pumpkin version is a big hit in autumn. You can also purchase homemade cakes, scones, and additive-free homemade jams and syrups. One of the guests' favourites is the “betyárbatyu” (the bag of a bandit), which is also available in a variety of flavours, and in spring, the ramson version is a must try.
