Orsi Zeliska's philosophy is simple but great: always have fresh bread and pastries, made with the finest ingredients, and the only additive you need is love. Her bakery opened in the centre of Balatonfüred in the autumn of 2017, and since then you can taste rye bread, wholemeal linseed spelt bread, cocoa babka and orange and cinnamon snails, just to mention a few of the favourites from the repertoire.
