Homely flavours in the Villány wine region, in Vokány. The home of Szabolcs Kozma and his wife Juliska welcomes guests at the weekend. The menu is determined by seasonality and the availability of fresh ingredients. The couple also runs the “Trinitás Sajtműhely” (Trinitás Cheese Workshop), but in addition to soft and semi-hard cheeses with a distinctive aroma, matured for three months, they also make Swabian homemade sausages, which you can of course taste in their apartment restaurant. The desserts are usually made by Juliska, cheesecake is her speciality.
