Attila Pék and Bernadett Rétfalvi, with their experience as caterers in Budapest (“Hivatal” [Office], “Csiga” [Snail], “Fecskék” [Swallows]), opened “Papírkutya” (Paper Dog) in Veszprém as a bistro, ruin pub, concert venue. The constantly changing lunch menu makes it easy for vegetarians to choose from. The coffee is Colombian, and the evening jazz-blues concerts, typically acoustic, are paired with an a'Capella wine or one of the many rums, fair trade tea or craft beer that the place offers. In good weather, you can also sit on the small terrace in the backyard or sometimes even visit an exhibition.
